Megumi Megumi
Went to America in 1998. While attending NYU (New York University), he studied under jazz vocalist and composer Anne Phillips. After graduating from NYU in 2002, she began working as a jazz vocalist. Shocked by jazz singer Shiela Jordan's performance style, she studied under Shiela's partner and singer Jay Clayton, famous as a trainer, and deepened her interest not only in singing, but also in being involved in playing in the same way as an instrument using her own voice. I experienced performances and recordings with musicians active in the NY jazz scene while living in the US, and working and narrating TV commercial songs. Returned to Japan in 2005. Based in Yamanashi, where they are from, they have performed many live shows by inviting wonderful musicians they have met through activities in NY. Also, as a voice trainer, she has enjoyed practicing authentic jazz vocal lessons from vocalization to English pronunciation and phrasing, and has been well received.

In 1998, Megumi went to the United States.
