For those who like couscous (old sake), the perfect companion “tofu like”. “Learn how to make tofu,” which is a fermented food, and enjoy tofu and couscous. Coos and tofu noodles are prepared, and there are also tofu noodles handmade by the Ryukyu Awamori Club Vice Chairman.
