The title “Don't take it back! “I Shita Ryukyu Ancestral Bone God” is in Japanese, “Let's take it back! It means “the bone gods of our Ryukyu ancestors.” In Ryukyu, remains are called “bone gods” and are carefully enshrined in graves. It is a record of a lawsuit brought about by researchers from all over Ryukyu, starting with the tomb of Hyakusushi, and unfairly stored in universities and museums such as Kyoto University, to be brought back to Ryukyu as soon as possible and enshrined in the place where it should have been.
