The pottery exhibition “de la Cuisine” by Kagoshima-based potter Etsuji Noguchi will be held for the first time in about 3 years. “de la CUISINE” means “kitchen” or “cooking” in French, and dishes are lined up where people who cook can further enhance the appeal of cooking and enjoy it. It brings warmth and discovery to everyday dining tables, and in the refined world of cooking, it continues to fascinate chefs as a place that stimulates creativity and enhances visual emotion and the appeal of ingredients. A dish that gives a sense of satisfaction both before and when the dish is served. A large number of works, including new works, will be exhibited and sold at this exhibition.
