Contents
A proud throat competition using Sanshin (Three-string guitar) as an accompaniment. Visitors are judged and voted, and various awards are given to contestants. This year, the conventional “Sanshin (Three-string guitar) accompaniment” format was set up as a freestyle division, and a new Ryukyu folk song division (only Ryukyu musical instruments can be used) was established.
Entries for contestants will be accepted until 1/14 (Tuesday), and recruitment is open for 5 groups for each division (additional lottery/entry fee is 3000 yen per person in the case of a large number of applications, 24,000 yen per group for 8 or more people, and 1000 yen per person for elementary school students).
On the day of the event, there will also be a Ryukyu dance stage, a lottery to win the Sanshin (Three-string guitar), etc., and there is also a corner where visitors can perform “Kagiya de Fūbushi” etc. together, so it is recommended that Sanshin (Three-string guitar) holders bring their own.
