“Miki” is a fermented drink made from rice, wheat, millet, etc. that has been handed down from Okinawa and the Amami islands. This event aims to discuss “miki” and deepen its culture in order to inherit, spread, and disseminate the individuality and diversity of “miki,” whose ingredients and manufacturing methods differ depending on the island.
