Test drive experience of the sidewalk scooter “WHILL,” which can be driven without a license. You can enjoy sightseeing in the city while visiting places you can't go by car, places that are far away on foot, places with differences in elevation, etc., and listen to explanations from the guide (Akagawara Chobin) with earphones.
