Nagamine Hitoshi, lithograph & oil painting exhibition. Nagamine, who began printmaking with a new form of expression through oil painting production, fell in love with its appeal and set up the first printmaking workshop in the prefecture, and received the Grand Prize of the Chinese Painting Award in the printmaking category at the national exhibition. Prints (mainly lithographs) “deal with the nature around us, living things, etc., and continue to be produced while hoping for the expression of Guuwa Jazz bar and deep inner nature through the antagonism of these images and colors.” I'm talking about it. In recent years, he has simultaneously drawn classical and new detailed landscape paintings and still life paintings using techniques cultivated in printmaking, such as oil painting and tempera. It is also inspired by botanical art from the 18th and 19th centuries, and the expressions in prints and watercolors are small, yet impressive. It is an exhibition where you can catch a glimpse of the process so far.
