The “raw shirasu project” is a project that FirstDrop, which manages restaurants in Tokyo and Yokohama, is working on. We are donating 1% from sales of menus using Shonan shirasu to environmental protection organizations with the aim of preserving the original ocean that is rich and safe to swim in for our grandchildren's time and beyond.
This time, they are developing the Okinawan food restaurant “Junimaru,” and as a collaboration event with Yahei, who is also working to support coral conservation in Okinawa, they will be offering dishes and drinks using them at exceptional prices in order to promote seafood and local vegetables from the Miura Peninsula. You can also enjoy tuna dismantling shows, local entertainer shows, Sanshin (Three-string guitar) live shows, etc.
