An illumination event where you can enjoy excitement and fantastic light unique to botanical gardens, which won 2nd place in the nation for 2 consecutive years at the 2nd International Illumination Awards “Illumination Event Category Excellent Story Award” selected by night view tourists.

This year's theme is “Tropical Flowers: An Impressive Paradise of Light.” In addition to illuminating tree and flower motifs unique to tropical countries, giant whale sharks of about 20 meters, etc., the new area has been expanded, and the world's first illumination “Nankoku ECO Lights in Botanical Garden 2024,” which aims to minimize electricity, will also be held at the same time.

From 3/1 to 5/6, the illuminations will be enhanced as “Chapter 2” to coincide with the “Okinawa Bougain-Fair” being held. The Bougainville Tower will be illuminated.
