This festival is held mainly by the Eastern District 11 Neighborhood Associations (Koja, Takahara, Higashitobara, Hiyane, Yogi, Awase, Awase 1, Awase 2, Awase 3, Kaiho-cho).
Local entertainer groups and dance teams will appear on the stage, and fireworks will also be launched at the end of the stage.
