“Bat Night” will be held to coincide with “International Bat Week ~ International Bat Night” in the last week of August. International Bat Week began in 1997, and is currently being held in over 30 countries, and is an event to spread correct knowledge about bats. “Do all bats suck blood?” “Why is it always upside down?” Animals that are very familiar to Okinawan citizens but are full of unknown things learn about bats through special guides and workshops
