A concert hosted by the Para Artist Management Association (PAM) that targets people with some kind of disability, finds their talents through artistic activities and supports them so that they can expand their places of activity.
At the “3rd PAM Classical Festival in Naha” in Part 1, artists with disabilities gathered from Japan and abroad through an open call will perform. In the second part, special guest AKI will perform a Uta Sanshin concert.
