Lecturer: Kikuyama Tetsuro (General Secretary General, Kin Town Tourism Association)
Moderator: Uehara Akimasa (Research Support Assistant, AIST)

First, ask them to imagine what kind of town “Kin Town” is while mixing points such as bases, nature, and local specialties. Next, think of a touchpoint from a tourist point of view as a “point of contact” connecting “Kin Town” (brand image, specialty products, agricultural products, events, etc.) and tourists (inside and outside the prefecture). Specifically, it indicates opportunities, places, tools, etc. for getting “Kin Town” recognized and deepening relationships with tourists (inside and outside the prefecture), and I would like to further organize and verify touch points again from an offline/online perspective based on cases etc. from the past 6 years. This time, we will share how we aim for the association's theme “Kin Town is funny even now, 100 years from now.”
