“Uchinanchuter” is a “tutor (support role)” who expands the Uchina network. Okinawa Prefecture has a long history of immigration and emigration outside of the prefecture and overseas. A total of 3 courses to train “Uchinanchuter” to deepen understanding of Okinawan immigrants, connect Uchina networks, and expand the circle of friends who can realize “what they want to try” in order to expand the participants themselves.
