In Okinawa, an event called “beach rafting (beach rafting)” is held on March 3 of the Old calendar. On this day, women prepare heavy box food and soak their hands and feet in seawater on the beach to cleanse themselves. On this tour, you can wear Ryukyu costume, enjoy Ryukyu cuisine, recitation plays, and walking around the city, and then experience “beach rafting (beach rafting).”

Ryukyu cuisine
Meals are served according to the theme of the experience. You can imagine what kind of eating habits people in the past lived, such as court cuisine during the Ryukyu Dynasty, and deepen your understanding of the lifestyle and customs of that period.

Watch a play
The fascinating recitation drama Juli. The play by professional actors realistically expresses the historical background along with historical research, and provides a sense of realism and emotional immersion that cannot be obtained in textbooks or literature.

Walking around the city
Guides with specialized knowledge will coordinate and guide courses that match the theme. By tracing history and reliving it, you can feel firsthand the lives of people at that time and feel the background of historical facts and the meaning of their choices.
