For 4 days from 1963/6/27 to 30, a recorded video of the Okinawan play “Tinsagu nu Hana (Okinawan food & Awamori liquor),” starring Makishiyasu Chusaku, which premiered at the Naha Theater, was screened.
“Tinsag no Hana,” which is an adaptation of “The Life of the Mufangmatsu,” is a story where one man spends his whole life working on one woman. An hour and a half to enjoy an Okinawan play with laughter and tears while enjoying the richness of Uchinaguchi's expression unique to Yasutada. On behalf of her father, daughter Kisako talks passionately about the theme of “Tinsaku no Hana” and the episodes surrounding this play.
