It is an event where the misery of war and the preciousness of peace are appealed through the “festival,” which is a symbol of peace, and the younger generation who did not know the war came together from the elderly who experienced the war to think about the people who were sacrificed in the war, and each person spent the year and welcomed the new year with a determination for peace. All participants raise torches in remembrance for the war dead, light a large torch for repose of souls, and ring the Peace Bell to pray for permanent peace.
