The dugongs, sea turtles, corals, and fish that have lived in this sea are simply working hard to connect their lives without raising their voices while they are being deprived of their place to live every day due to reclamation work to build a new base. Humans are creatures born from the ocean a long time ago. A “sea festival” will be held where you can feel this sea, think about living things, share your love for this sea, and send your thoughts to the god of the sea, dugongs, who still live here today.
