●Pillar of Light of Peace
Date and time: 6/22 (Thursday), 23 (Friday) 20:00-22:00
Location: Foundations of Peace
Contents: A searchlight is irradiated into the sky above Fumihito Chima, where the Battle of Okinawa ended, as a pure white “pillar of light of peace.” Thus, the war dead in the Battle of Okinawa are commemorated without the exception of enemies and allies, and the thoughts of peace in Okinawa are conveyed.
