A two-person exhibition by illustrator Yusuke Mashiba and artist Tomoyo Kawase. A collaboration between two people whose style seems to be at odds with Mashiba, who has a refined world of black and white and foil lines, and Kawase, who has impressive works with rich, colorful ooze. After moving to Mie, the two are engaged in activities such as starting their own atelier, shop, and gallery space “Y/Y” (Waiwai).
Kawase Tomoyo Kawase
Illustrator and artist. Lives in Mie. In addition to presenting works with a focus on drawings, they also produce installations.
