I will explain what a World Natural Heritage Site is, why it was selected, etc. in an easy-to-understand manner with photographs, taxidermy materials, panels, etc. Also, in addition to introducing the establishment of the “World Natural Heritage Site Okinawa Fund” and “efforts aimed at establishing the National Museum of Natural History” as activities to protect World Natural Heritage sites, we will also introduce initiatives that anticipate sustainable coexistence with nature, such as nature conservation activities by companies and utilization as tourism resources.
