December 3 is World Japanese Macaque Day after the day Kinji Imanishi, who is a leading expert in Japanese macaque research, and his colleagues first conducted a survey on Kojima in Miyazaki prefecture.
Japanese macaques inhabit the northernmost primates excluding humans, and the subspecies Yakushima monkey is bred in Okinawa Zoo & Museum Zoo and Museum. There are regions where extinction of Japanese macaques is feared, and there are regions where conflicts with humans have occurred, and they are also an existence that makes me think about the coexistence of humans and wild animals. In the live stream, the appeal of Japanese macaques, including Japanese macaques, including Japanese macaques, is disseminated from various fields, such as relationships with Japanese macaques and people, research, etc.
