Japan boils down to the Japan World Exposition (EXPO '70) in 1970. Meanwhile, in Okinawa, which had been cut off from the mainland after the end of the war and remained under US administration, the anger and depression of the local people was about to reach the limit. In December of the same year, the Koza Riot broke out. It depicts the small everyday lives of young people living powerfully in the city of Koza against the backdrop of the air of Okinawa undulating greatly toward the return to the mainland.
