The Matsushiro headquarters promotes mutual exchange between Okinawa and Nagano citizens in order to relearn the memories of the war and improve the quality of succession, triggered by the “Shuri・32nd Army Headquarters and the Nagano/Matsushiro Headquarters Underground Shelter” co-authored by the Ryukyu Shimpo and the Shinano Mainichi Shimbun The tour took place. We will actually visit the Matsushiro headquarters, report what we learned and felt when we saw the site, and think about the issue of how to pass on the story to the next generation as the number of people who experienced the war decreases.
