It is said that as women's participation in society progresses and diverse human resources play an active role, creativity in economic activities will increase and productivity will improve. According to Sophia University's analysis, Okinawa prefecture had the smallest gender gap in the economic field. Also, Okinawa prefecture has the highest percentage of female business owners in Japan, but even in Okinawa, the proportion of female business owners is only 10%.

In this talk session, we will discuss the issues that arise when women become successors and the changes that female successors have created from different perspectives than before, in hotels, yachimun, and pig farming, which are characteristic industries of Okinawa The female successor who will do her best will tell it.
