The third installment of all 5 courses in the “Knowledge of Life and Ayurveda, Wisdom of Life to Balance the Mind and Body” series makes “radu,” a typical Indian confectionery. The basic ingredients are only bason flour, ghee, and sugar. Besson flour is a flour made from chickpeas, so it is gluten-free and rich in protein. Ghee is a clarified butter that is effective for all three Ayurveda constitutions. It is also called a “miracle oil,” and it is attracting attention as a healthy food so much that it is selected as the number one of the “best 5 best oils for the body” in the United States.

What to bring: apron, washcloth towel
