10/8 (Sat) Reiwa 4th Kitanakagusuku-mura Youth Eisa folk dance Festival
10/9 (Sun) The 37th Kitanakagusuku Festival
The Kitanakagusuku Village Youth Eisa folk dance Festival is one of the three major festivals Kitanakagusuku Village Kitanakagusuku-son, and is held every year during the Kyubon (Bon festival on lunar calendar) Bon Festival. The performing groups show their own characteristics in drumstick sabaki and ranks, and the brilliant performance while breathing together with the jiutai Sanshin (Three-string guitar) is very impressive. There are also food stalls selling local specialties from Kitanakagusuku-mura at the venue. You can also enjoy fireworks at the end of the program.
