When the neighboring country, China, was Qing, the Xinhai Revolution (1911-12, Meiji 44-45) aimed at establishing a modern nation centered on Sun Yat-sen and others occurred. Aragaki Yumitaro from Miyagi, Haebaru Town, who was called the “fighter of the Freedom and People's Rights Movement,” was a person who had a connection with Sun Yat-sen and participated in the revolution, but the stage where he played an active role was in Tokyo, Taiwan, an area away from China and Okinawa, so the town But their activities and figures are not known. Yumitaro was born on August 5, 1872 (Meiji 5), and introduces the activities and activities of Aragaki Yumitaro in the year that marks the 150th anniversary of his birth.
