Chief director and writer of NHK Okinawa Broadcasting Station. Born in 1966 in Tokyo. Graduated from Waseda University School of Political Science and Economics. Joined NHK in 1990, was in charge of ETV features, NHK specials, etc., and won the Galaxy Award, the Broadcasting Culture Fund Award, the Hashida Award, etc. for his programs.
