Mayama Hitoshi (Mayama, Jin)
Born in 1962 in Osaka prefecture. Graduated from Doshisha University Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science. After working as a newspaper reporter and freelance writer, he debuted in 2004 with “Vulture,” which depicts the spectacular backstage of a corporate acquisition. The series was made into a drama and a movie, and caused a great response. Major novels include “Urikuni,” “Operation Z,” “Trigger,” “Sanctuary,” “Prince,” and “Rainmaker,” and in 21, the first full-fledged non-fiction work “Lockheed,” which became a big topic.
