The painting series “the” with motifs of “words” and “characters” by DENPA, which has pursued abstract expression that is close to the viewer's free interpretation and taste with conceptless textiles “Slogans” will be exhibited at Cafe ERIC ROSE in Kita-Aoyama. The philosophical phrases born from the stimuli and learnings that DENPA absorbs in everyday life express his attitude and discoveries towards his lifestyle, and are slogans for himself heading into the future. The sound of rhythmic words and the shape of letters are captured as sounds and shapes to the last, and mashed up with a musical/artistic approach, aiming for modeling that is confusing in front of hints that are visible and hidden.
