An Okinawan mentally disabled person who was “confined to a private home” by a law enacted in 1900. A film that sheds light on people whose existence has been erased for the sake of regional well-being. Its history leads to the appearance of the Ryukyu Arc where military bases are imposed and the intentions of the residents are not taken care of.
