●Collection Gallery 3 “Flow of Okinawan Art”
Okinawa has a unique culture that was born from its climate and history, and art has also been cultivated while being greatly influenced by the times and circumstances in which it was placed. This exhibition introduces modern and contemporary art in Okinawa in chronological order by dividing chapters into “Flow of Okinawan Art,” before the war, post-war reconstruction, and after the return to the mainland, immigration, and contemporary art.
