An event related to Shiota Chiharu's installation work exhibition “The Shape of Life” to be held at the same venue from 12/4 to 2/20.
Ensemble Naha is a performance group composed mainly of musicians who have ties to the local community. In this concert, which will be launched, collaborated with the art work of Shiota Chiharu, to express new art music rooted in Okinawa today. The new song “Recalling Red” by composer Doi Chieko is a work that depicts “a temporary ritual to revive the soul” in order to collaborate with Shiota's work, which is closely related to “memory,” in the hope of the revival of Shuri Castle. Aka Osamu performs Ryukyu dance in accordance with contemporary music.
