*To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the dedication entertainment of the August dance is canceled. It is said that Shinto rituals such as prayers and initiatives by each seat for succession are carried out for each seat.
The Honensai (Harvest festival) is held on Tarama Island from 8/8 to 10 in the lunar calendar. On the first day, Tsuchihara Gosho in Nakasuji, on the second day, Pitumata Gosho in Shiokawa, and on the third day, folk dances, classical dances, and kumidori are performed in both places.
