49 years since the return to the mainland. Okinawa is burdened with its base, and war crisis is growing as the frontline base for missile fortification, Senkaku and Taiwan emergency in the Nansei Islands. Was the policy of “Mainland Restoration” with no nuclear or base, and the “SACO Agreement” which relieved the burden on the base, was the Japan-US government's “Mainland Restoration and Strengthening” policy? The U.S.-Japan summit announced the joint deal of “Taiwan” contingency, and President Biden referred to the use of nuclear. The removal of nuclear at the time of return was a contract of “nuclear re-entry”. Next year 2022 is 50 years to return to mainland. Will Okinawa continue to be pampered with “symbiosis with the base” for 100 years after the war?
